Scope Of Works General. §#The Contractor Is Required To Quote Lump Sum Price For Maintenance Of Hvac System Including Spares Excluded Chillers And Cooling Towers §#The Quotation Will Be Submitted As Per Dewa Specification And Survey Only. §#Contractor To Provide Three Hvac- Senior Technicians For Operating Of Chille Rs/Bms And Attending Daily Complaints From 07.00 Am To 05:00 Pm Saturday To Thursday. §#During Ppm Activities Contractor To Provid E More Manpower To Carry Out Preventive Maintenance And To Be Completed As Per The Dewa Schedule. §#All The Materials In General Wil L Conform As Per Latest Standards And Shall Be Submitted To Dewa For Engineers Approval. §#The Contractor Is Required To Take All Pr Ecaution. So As Not, Damage Any Of The Existing Equipment/ Structure Ete# #Contractor Staff Is Required To Wear Proper Personal Pro Tective Equipment At All Time On The Site. #The Contractor Shall Deploy The Skilled Ac Technicians For Carrying Out The Maintenance Works. The Technicians Shall Be Approved By Dewa Engineer. §#Should We Experience A Breakdown In Any Of Equipment/System At Any Tim E Of The Day Or Night, You Will Respond To Our Request With Your 24 Hours Emergency Call Out System Available 7 Days A Week All Year Round.
